Exceptional.This was a rolled roof system, we cleaned, then sprayed an inch of BASF Foam to completely seal and waterproof the entire roof, also adding a R-Value of 7 per inch, we then sprayed our Base Coat on the roof, and finished with a energy efficient White Top Coat! This Roof is now covered with Material and Labor Warranty.

ROOFING REPAIR
This EPDM Roof had been leaking, we Provided the customer with a full EPDM Recovery by: Spraying an industrial grade cleaner on the roof and power washing, then we Spray a Primer on the Roof, then we embed Fabric in coatings over all seams, for total waterproofing and a completely seamless roof! We then cover it all with a white energy efficient Top Coat. This Roof is now covered with a Materials and Labor Warranty
